Connecting to a Computer (3) I cannot install the printer driver because the installation stops after I connect the printer to my computer. Machine (8) How do I reset the machine to the default settings? I pressed the Code key but I did not get the Code function. The ink ribbon (black tape) got caught in between the tape layers and came out of the printer, and the tape cannot be used. The tape does not cut well. The tape got jammed in the printer or the tape got stuck inside the printer. When I press the cut button the label is cut off in the middle of the text. When I press the print key, the power turns off. Why doesn't my machine turn on when the Power key is pressed?

The tape got jammed in the printer or the tape got stuck inside the printer. The top and base layers of the laminated tape are misaligned.
