Brother ADS-3600W meets all requirements for a compact desktop scanner

The top model in Brother’s new family of desktop scanners offers the same features as more expensive competitors and is suitable for small and medium-sized businesses. Brother ADS-3600W is flexible, robust and very fast scanner with a speed of 50 pages per minute.

In recent months, Brother has expanded its scanner repertoire considerably. Primarily with introduction of the new ADS desktop models, which in price and performance are perfectly suited for small and medium-sized businesses in both the private and public sector.

The audience has welcomed the new Brother scanners, and since they were first introduced to the market in early January, the three models have been sold in decent numbers.

This new flagship in the middle range of desktop scanners is now available in the shape of Brother ADS-3600W.

It offers advanced features, modern operation and a speed that satisfies even demanding users in small and medium-sized businesses.

Robust and versatile

Like its three siblings, the new Brother ADS-3600W has very solid chassis and mechanics. It is what the Americans call ”heavy duty” and intended for daily use – with many different types of scans.

However, the scanner has a very small footprint, and it provides a number of handy functions and features to make it quick and easy to operate.

ADS-3600W comes with a large 9.3 touch screen in colours. From here, you can manage up to 50 documents in a top feeder tray – ready to be scanned.

Via the touch screen, you can also pre-set frequently used functions – activated by pressing only a single button on the display. This eliminates boring routines and makes the daily working procedure faster and more efficient.

The new Brother scanner has been designed to handle an extensive range of media – paper, carton, ID cards, credit cards, etc. It can easily work for multiple users at the same time and distribute the scanned files to many different locations.

The scanning speed for Brother ADS-3600W is up to 50 pages per minute, and it offers connection through Wi-Fi networks, fast wired local area networks or directly to a PC via the ultra-fast USB 3.0.

Works smoothly in a mobile environment
The Brother ADS-3600W is, of course, capable of scanning documents to smartphones and tablets. Either via Brother’s free iPrint&Scan app to Apple iPhone/iPad and Android – or to smartphones enabled with the new wireless NFC technology.

Scans performed on a ADS-3600W can be routed to many different locations: e-mail, printers, SharePoint, Microsoft Office and a number of popular cloud services – just to name a few.

In all cases, Brother’s advanced image processing ensures that the scans are crisp, easy to read and smaller-sized than usual.

Finally, like any other Brother product the ADS-3600W has been designed to be energy efficient and recyclable.

Brother’s new 3600W scanner will available at Brother’s many dealers from March.
